A KZgunea is a public centre where local residents can learn to use and surf the Internet free of charge.

The centre offers the local residents:

  • 10 or 20 hour basic Internet courses.
  • Advanced Internet courses and specific seminars.
  • Designing and hosting websites for associations (virtual communities).
  • Tutors to train or help the people using the centre.


The users also have:

  • A computer infrastructure to surf the net.
  • An email account.
  • The project portal services:
